Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager based in Dehradun. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance policies, conducting audits, overseeing the production process, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The role requires close attention to detail, the ability to manage and improve quality control systems, and effective communication with both the production team and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 Year experience in nutraceutical industry out of total experience as Head of the department.
• Experience in developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures as per nutraceutical.
• Strong knowledge of Nutraceutical industry standards and regulations
• Ability to conduct audits and manage quality Assurance systems
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Dehradun
• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Experience in the nutraceutical, health supplement, or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
• QMS / Regulatory compliances
• Audit Exposure
• Handling of Customer complaint/NC/OOS & CAPA
• Training / Kaizen/5S implementation
• Validations / Qualification
• Risk assessment
