Quality Assurance Manager

As a critical thinker, you will play a key role in improving the quality systems of the company through various proactive measures. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement (CI) of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO and other relevant standards. - Ensuring company-wide compliance with applicable regulatory and quality standards. - Planning and conducting internal audits, as well as coordinating external and customer audits. - Investigating non-conformities (NC), managing root cause analysis, and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs). - Overseeing document control processes and maintaining accurate quality records. - Developing and delivering training programs to enhance quality awareness and promote QMS compliance throughout the organization. - Managing supplier quality performance and coordinating quality audits for vendors. - Analyzing data and quality metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives. - Handling customer complaints and implementing corrective actions to enhance satisfaction. In order to qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering. - 5+ years of relevant work experience. - Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.,
