Quality Assurance Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement

  comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases

  based on business and technical requirements.
• Develop, execute, and maintain

  manual and automated test scripts

  using tools such as

  SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps

  , and automation frameworks.
• Perform

  functional, regression, integration, and performance testing

  to ensure system reliability, scalability, and high performance.
• Document test cases, execution results, defects, and workflows with accuracy and clarity.
• Collaborate with

  IT teams, developers, and business stakeholders

  to enhance test coverage and validate requirements.
• Communicate defects, testing outcomes, and progress through structured

  bug reports and dashboards

  .
• Suggest and implement

  continuous process improvements

  to enhance QA efficiency.
• Create detailed documentation of

  application workflows and services

  .

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of

  functional, regression, integration, and performance testing

  methodologies.
• Proficiency in

  manual testing

  and

  automation tools

  (Selenium, Playwright, RSAT, Power Automate).
• In-depth understanding of

  SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Office 365 APIs

  .
• Familiarity with

  defect/bug tracking systems

  and

  Test Life Cycle (STLC)

  .
• Knowledge of

  user role management, localization testing, and internationalization testing

  .
• Excellent

  analytical, organizational, documentation, and communication skills

  .

Good-to-Have Skills

• ISTQB Certification

  (or equivalent).
• Experience working in

  Agile/Scrum environments

  .
• Exposure to

  global projects and distributed teams

  .
• Familiarity with integrating automated tests into

  CI/CD pipelines

  using

  Azure DevOps

  .
• Strong understanding of

  Microsoft 365 services

  .

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

  .

• 4–5 years

  of experience in

  manual testing

  .

• 1–2 years

  of hands-on experience in

  automation testing

  .
