Quality Assurance Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using

  Java, Selenium, and Rest Assured

  .
• Perform

  functional, regression, integration, and API testing

  to ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and create detailed test plans and test cases.
• Build and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web and API testing.
• Execute automated and manual test cases, analyze results, and report defects.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated tests into the development lifecycle.
• Ensure test coverage, traceability, and documentation of test results.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and track defects to resolution.
• Continuously improve testing processes and strategies for efficiency and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–8 years

  of experience in

  QA Automation

  .
• Strong programming skills in

  Java

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Selenium WebDriver

  for UI automation.
• Proficiency in

  API testing

  with tools like

  Rest Assured

  .
• Experience in creating and executing automated regression suites.
• Good understanding of

  SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies

  .
• Experience with tools like

  TestNG/JUnit, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, Git

  .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
