Job Description

Job Title: QA Manual Engineer

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Jaipur (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

QA Manual Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze system specifications, business requirements, and user stories.
Design, develop, and execute
manual test cases
for functional, regression, integration, and UI testing.
Identify, document, and track
defects
using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
Collaborate with developers, BAs, and product owners to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage.
Execute
cross-browser
and
cross-platform
testing for web and mobile applications.
Perform
smoke, sanity, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
.
Prepare and maintain
test documentation
– test cases, test scenarios, and test summary reports.
Participate in
Agile/Scrum ceremonies
(daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
Work closely with automation team to identify candidates for test automation.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of experience in
manual QA testing
.
Strong knowledge of
SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle
.
Hands-on experience with
test management and bug tracking tools
(JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, or similar).
Good knowledge of
SQL
for database validation.
Experience testing
web, mobile (iOS/Android), and API
applications.
Familiarity with
Agile/Scrum methodology
.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
