Key Responsibilities: Quality Management System Support: Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining the quality management system, ensuring compliance with relevant standards like ISO 9001. Quality Assurance Activities: Support the implementation of quality assurance procedures, including audits, inspections, and process controls. Continuous Improvement: Assist in identifying areas for improvement in processes and quality, and implement corrective and preventative actions. Data Collection and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report on quality performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Team Support: Assist in training and development of quality assurance personnel, providing guidance and support. Auditing: Assist in conducting internal and external quality audits, and follow up on audit findings. Documentation: Maintain and update quality documentation, including procedures, records, and reports. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding quality issues and improvements. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve quality issues, and work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. Skills and Qualifications: Knowledge of Quality Management Systems: Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other quality management standards. Quality Assurance Tools: Experience with statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, and other quality tools. Leadership and Teamwork Skills: Ability to lead and work effectively with teams. Proficiency in Relevant Software: Experience with MS Office, quality management software, and other relevant tools. Analyzing quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Providing training to quality assurance personnel on new procedures or technologies.
