Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Quality Analyst

to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality and performance of our products and services through advanced testing, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires a strategic mindset, hands-on testing expertise, and the ability to mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and specifications.
Perform manual and automated testing on web, mobile, and/or desktop applications.
Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA).
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure software quality.
Implement and maintain automated test suites using tools such as Selenium, Appium, TestNG, or Cypress.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
Perform regression, smoke, performance, and usability testing.
Ensure compliance with industry quality standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications

Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Proficient in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
Experience with automation tools like Selenium, Postman, JMeter, or similar.
Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD processes.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience in performance testing and security testing.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
ISTQB or other QA certifications.
Experience with mobile testing (iOS/Android).
