Quality Analyst

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Software QA Engineer with 5+ years of experience in manual testing, test case management, and exposure to automation testing. Familiarity with AI-driven testing or LLM-based tools will be considered a strong plus.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, structured in approach, and committed to delivering high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities :

Manual Testing

• Analyse business requirements, functional specs, and UI/UX flows to create detailed test scenarios.
• Execute functional, regression, smoke, sanity, cross-browser, and exploratory testing.
• Identify, log, and track defects with clear reproduction steps and severity classification.
• Validate complex HR and compliance workflows: permissions, audits, checklists, forms, approvals, and data rules.

Test Case Management

• Create, maintain, and update comprehensive test cases, test suites, and test plans.
• Ensure full traceability from requirements → test cases → execution → defects.
• Regularly review and optimise outdated or redundant test cases.
• Prepare test execution reports, coverage reports, and release readiness updates.

Automation Testing

• Develop and maintain automation scripts using SeleniumandJava.
• Integrate test automation with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Convert repetitive regression scenarios into automated suites to improve release efficiency.
• Troubleshoot automation failures and improve script reliability.

AI / Advanced QA (Plus Point)

• Ability or interest in using AI-assisted tools for test-case auto-generation, defect analysis, or data creation.
• Understanding of LLM-driven testing workflows, prompt optimisation, or smart test coverage.
• Familiarity with modern AI-based QA platforms is an added advantage.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of solid QA experience, including test case management and manual testing.
• Strong understanding of STLC, SDLC, and QA best practices.
• Proficiency with test case management tools.
• Hands-on experience with at least one automation framework.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) :

• Experience with HR-tech, compliance platforms, workflow-based or form-driven systems.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD tools.
• Interest or basic skills in AI test tooling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,088.25 - ₹50,000.31 per month
