Hiring: Quality Analyst – Oliva Clinics (Corporate Office, Hyderabad)

Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and audit customer interactions across calls, chats, and emails to evaluate service quality with 100% objectivity.
  • Use QA scorecards effectively to identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure strict adherence to compliance standards, internal SOPs, and call-handling protocols.
  • Provide actionable, data-backed feedback and coaching to enhance agent performance.
  • Create weekly/monthly QA dashboards with insights that influence operational decisions.
  • Collaborate with managers to strengthen processes, reduce errors, and drive consistency.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are intentionally looking for professionals who bring depth to the QA function, not entry-level applicants.

  • 1–3 years of dedicated QA experience in a BPO, high-volume support center, or e-commerce CX setup.
  • Strong command of QA methodologies, calibration practices, and quality frameworks.
  • Experience with call monitoring tools, QA software, and performance improvement systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, Telugu, Hindi, and Kannada (mandatory).
  • Sharp analytical thinking, fairness in evaluation, and strong documentation skills.
  • Ability to coach frontline teams and influence behaviour change with clarity.
