ACM / Assistant Clinic Manager

Job Purpose:

Drive sales targets attainment and revenue growth for the clinic through effective management and execution of sales strategies and initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• To be the point of contact and be responsible for increasing revenue at the clinic by achieving the sales objective
• To supervise client flow and ensure target achievement
• To plan monthly sales targets and execute them in an accurate, high-quality, and timely manner
• To achieve and surpass targets through cross-selling and up-selling
• To frequently update the PSS and reviewing google reviews
• To execute the CRM initiatives for the Centre

Required Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Management, including at least 3 years in walk-in conversions in a target-based environment is a must
• Comprehensive knowledge of customer service, customer experience, and process improvements is an advantage
• A strategic visionary with strong financial technical skills, sales acumen, analytical ability, judgment, and interpersonal skills is required
• A well-organized and motivated individual with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Energetic, progressive, and creative with a strong team and hierarchy social dynamics
• Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving skills with strong cultural awareness
