Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide feedback and coaching to improve performance
  • Conduct call calibration and product refresher sessions
  • Prepare quality reports and share improvement insights
  • Ensure compliance with sales scripts and processes

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 2–5 years of QA/training experience in a call center or sales environment
  • Strong communication, analytical, and coaching skills
