About the Role

First Credit Services is urgently hiring an experienced Quality Analyst for its US Voice Process team. We are looking for candidates who can ensure high-quality customer interactions, maintain process standards, and support overall performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate calls for quality standards and compliance.
• Provide clear feedback and coaching to improve agent performance.
• Identify process gaps and recommend actionable improvements.
• Prepare call audit reports, quality dashboards, and analysis summaries.
• Collaborate with operations and training teams to enhance quality metrics.
• Ensure consistent adherence to client guidelines for US Voice Process.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quality Analyst.
• Mandatory experience in US Voice Process (voice support, collections, or customer service).
• Strong understanding of QA parameters, call audit techniques, and scoring methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
