Job Title: Customer Service Executive – US Healthcare Voice Process Location: Thane, Maharashtra Employment Type: Full-time, Work from Office Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound calls related to US healthcare services. Provide accurate information regarding medical billing, insurance claims, and patient appointments. Resolve patient queries and issues efficiently, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations. Eligibility Criteria: Education: Minimum HSC (12th pass) or Graduate. Experience: At least 6 months of experience in a voice-based customer service role is mandatory. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are essential. Assessments: Candidates must complete the AMCAT assessment before the operations round, achieving a minimum SVAR (Spoken English & Grammar) score of 65.
