Responsibilities


1. To ensure certification of self on product & process for each role being assigned for audit

purpose.

2. To ensure audit of all transactions in line with process and guidelines shared.

3. To attend all joint calibration exercise, and remain calibrated with master auditor and

other auditors for keeping variation of +/5%

4. To complete audit samples in line with target assigned (overall) and per FTE or Module

per month

5. To clearly capture all observations in audit sheet and provide ratings

6. To audit any escalations received related to concerned process and share observation

with manager within 24hours.

7. To provide feedback on any fatal error (creating bad reputation, financial risk, legal risk

and compliance risk) to company immediately to participant and ensure formal

acknowledgement

8. To provide weekly formal feedback to each FTE

9. To publish monthly score for each participant and team, and conduct weekly session

with TLs to apprise on errors.

10. To draft FAQs and briefing material for all new changes and communications

11. To conduct daily team briefing on new communications, and special observations for

teams.

12. To conduct dip-stick audits for all new changes and deployments

13. To recommend training refresher areas basis errors observed to training team.

14. To conduct specific audits to gauge training efficacy of refresher training conducted by

trainers.

15. Ensure technology is used correctly for all operations

16. Make sure recordings are updated within 24 hours of the live session.

17. Make appropriate recommendations and execution plans based on findings from the

quality check for constant improvement.


Qualifications


1. 2-3 years experience of working as QA and having a sales background

2. Experience in education industry preferred

3. Tech-savvy, proficient in MS Office/Excel

4. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

5. Meticulous attention to detail

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

7. Data collection, management and analysis

8. Detail-oriented and efficient
