Role Overview

1 year of experience as a Quality Analyst (Call Process)

Key Responsibilities

Call Auditing & Quality Monitoring:
Conduct audits as per monthly targets and provide structured, actionable feedback to interviewers.
Training & Feedback Sessions:
Organize
routine quality monitoring sessions
to evaluate interaction standards, identify issues, and share
best practices
aligned with global benchmarks.
Process Validation:
Ensure regular validation of
internal processes, call instruments, auditing methods, and systems
, implementing changes wherever required for
continuous improvement
.
Compliance & Reporting:
Adhere to
quality compliance measures
through regular scorecard updates, ensuring interviewers maintain scripting accuracy and process compliance while reducing risks.
Coaching & Action Plans:
Conduct timely
one-on-one coaching sessions
with interviewers based on audit findings, offering
insightful feedback and corrective action plans
.
Calibration Sessions:
Lead
calibration meetings
with stakeholders and business managers to maintain alignment with
operational objectives and quality standards
.
