Role Overview We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Quality Analyst (Call Process) in an international process. The individual must have excellent communication skills and should be proficient in delivering constructive feedback to interviewers working across international geographies. Key Responsibilities Call Auditing & Quality Monitoring: Conduct audits as per monthly targets and provide structured, actionable feedback to interviewers. Training & Feedback Sessions: Organize routine quality monitoring sessions to evaluate interaction standards, identify issues, and share best practices aligned with global benchmarks. Process Validation: Ensure regular validation of internal processes, call instruments, auditing methods, and systems , implementing changes wherever required for continuous improvement . Compliance & Reporting: Adhere to quality compliance measures through regular scorecard updates, ensuring interviewers maintain scripting accuracy and process compliance while reducing risks. Coaching & Action Plans: Conduct timely one-on-one coaching sessions with interviewers based on audit findings, offering insightful feedback and corrective action plans . Calibration Sessions: Lead calibration meetings with stakeholders and business managers to maintain alignment with operational objectives and quality standards . Working Model & Location Work Mode: Work from Office – Gurgaon location Shifts: Rotational shifts (flexibility required) Transport: Cab facility provided This role is for a Quality Analyst (Call Process) where the core responsibilities include call monitoring, feedback sharing, quality compliance, and process improvement . The candidate will play a key role in ensuring global quality standards and maintaining excellence in international research processes .
