Quality Analyst

• Role: Quality Analyst

• Location: Bangalore/Pune/Hyderabad/Chennai/Ahmedabad

• Experience: 10+ years

Responsibilities:

• Analyse existing quality processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
• Project Audits
• Develop, document, and implement process improvements aligned with business goals and industry standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, production, quality assurance) to drive quality initiatives
• Monitor and report on key quality metrics and process performance indicators
• Support internal and external quality audits and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
• Provide training and guidance to team members on quality processes and best practices
• Assist in the development of quality documentation, SOPs, and workflows
• Utilize data analysis tools and software to generate insights and support decision-making

Work Experience Requirements:

• 10+ years of proven experience as a Quality Process Analyst or similar role
• Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS), process mapping, and process improvement methodologies
• Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc.)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Education requirement:

• Bachelors/masters in engineering/IT/Computers with experience in the above-mentioned areas
