Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Analyst with 2–4 years of experience in manual testing to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and defect management. Key Responsibilities: Analyze requirements and prepare detailed test cases , test scenarios, and test data. Perform various types of manual testing: functional , regression , integration , and system testing . Log, track, and manage defects using tools like JIRA , Bugzilla , or similar. Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure quality at all stages. Execute test cases and record results with proper documentation. Participate in review meetings , sprint planning, and retrospectives (for Agile teams). Ensure adherence to QA standards, guidelines, and best practices. Required Skills: 2–4 years of manual testing experience in a software development environment. Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC . Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA , TestRail , etc.). Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills – written and verbal. Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation is a plus. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred. Show more Show less
