Job Description: We are looking for a Quality Analyst (QA) with a solid background in software testing and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and performance. You will work closely with developers, project managers, and other team members to identify and resolve issues and help deliver top-tier products to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Software Testing: Plan, design, and execute various types of tests (functional, regression, smoke, system, integration, etc.) on software applications. Bug Identification & Reporting: Identify, document, and report defects in a clear and concise manner using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla). Test Case Creation: Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Automation: Implement and execute automated tests using tools like Selenium, QTP, or others as required. Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to review requirements and design test scenarios. Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and sprint planning. Performance Testing: Conduct performance, load, and stress tests to assess the system’s ability to handle large volumes of users. Quality Assurance Process: Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies, processes, and tools. Regression Testing: Ensure that new features do not adversely affect the existing functionality of the product. Client Interaction: Occasionally engage with clients to understand project requirements and ensure the delivered product meets their expectations. Required Skills and Qualifications: 3 years of hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance in a fast-paced IT environment. Strong knowledge of manual testing concepts and methodologies. Experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP, TestNG). Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, TestRail, etc.). Proficient in writing detailed test cases, test plans, and defect reports. Experience with API testing and tools like Postman or SoapUI. Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner is a plus.
