Eligibility: ● B.Tech (All Streams) & MBA (All Streams) from a reputed University/College. ● Minimum aggregate of 55% . ● Job Location: Mohali Key Responsibilities: ● Identify and generate leads through research, networking, and other resources. ● Contact potential clients via phone, email, and online platforms to pitch our products/services. ● Understand customer needs and provide solutions tailored to their requirements. ● Manage and update the CRM system with customer interactions and sales progress. ● Schedule product demonstrations or meetings for senior sales representatives. ● Support the team in meeting and exceeding sales targets. ● Maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to ensure satisfaction. ● Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends Desired Candidate Profile: ● Strong verbal and written communication skills. ● A proactive and results-oriented mindset. ● Excellent organizational and time management skills. ● Basic understanding of CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory). ● Confidence in making cold calls and handling objections.
