Review / Preparation of Tenders for RCC Structure, Civil Finishes, Interior Fit-outs and MEP Low side & High side works, Faade, external infrastructure development.
Vendor Development, Pre-qualification of contractors and maintain list of approved contractors.
Floating tenders, conducting Pre-bid meetings, preparing technical and commercial comparison statement of bidders' conditions, 80:20 analysis of bids, commercial negotiation.
Prepare tender award recommendation note, LOI/LOA, Contract Agreement, Work Orders & Purchase Orders, Amendments. Scrutinize extra claim of contractors on cost, time and non-tendered items with respect to contract documents and prepare recommendation note for approval. Change Request, Variation Orders and Prepare Contract Amendment Orders.
