Architect

Role and Responsibilities: Prepare design development drawings, including working drawings, detailing, and specifications. Coordinate with consultants, vendors, internal teams and management to ensure smooth project execution. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise. Develop sustainable designs that meet company requirements while minimizing environmental impact. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time. Participate in on-site meetings and consultant discussions. Support liaison efforts and provide regular project status reports and meeting minutes. Conducting Design Review Meetings Desired Candidate Profile 9-15 years of experience in architecture or related field (B.Arch. or Diploma). Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, MS-Office, Sustainable Design principles. Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with stakeholders. Candidates from developer's side experience will be given high priority.
