Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement. Lead cross-functional teams to launch new products, services, and campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, events). Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling and develop targeted promotional activities. Work closely with Sales, Construction and leadership teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing-led business objectives. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions on product development and positioning. Develop and maintain strong relationships with Media, Ad Agencies and Digital partners. Monitor and analyze the marketing trends and strategies the marketing activates according to the stakeholder satisfaction. Manage budgets for marketing initiatives and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success. Desired Candidate Profile 18-28 years of experience in corporate marketing or a related field with expertise in digital marketing, strategic planning, brand strategy. Proven track record of developing effective marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth in real estate and luxury segment and ability to think creatively for solutions. Strong experience in digital marketing principles including social media platforms (Facebook Ads Manager), Google Ads (AdWords), SEO best practices.
