Job Description

Job Title: Head Marketing & Outreach

Department:

Objective:


To lead the overall marketing and outreach strategy of the institutionfocusing on brand building, lead generation, student engagement, and institutional visibility through digital, offline, and partnership channels, Travel outstation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute the annual marketing plan in line with institutional objectives.
  • Manage brand positioning, creative direction, and campaign planning for all academic programs.
  • Coordinate with Performance Marketing, SEO, SMM/SMO, PR, and Outreach teams for cohesive execution.

2. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Supervise and monitor performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).
  • Ensure consistent lead generation across online platforms and monitor cost per lead (CPL).
  • Review SEO/SMM reports and ensure monthly growth in organic traffic and social reach.

3. Outreach & Branding

  • Plan and execute offline outreach eventsschool visits, college fairs, seminars, workshops, and partnerships.
  • Build relationships with educational consultants, schools, and corporate partners for student acquisition.
  • Ensure consistent brand presence across print, digital, and outdoor media.
  • Travel outstation for on ground activities.

4. Content, PR & Communication

  • Oversee content development for website, social media, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
  • Manage media relations, press releases, and reputation management activities.
  • Ensure communication consistency across all departments and external stakeholders.

5. Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Supervise and mentor the marketing team (Performance, SEO, SMM, PR, Outreach).
  • Coordinate with the Admissions & IT teams for campaign alignment and tracking results.
  • Drive a collaborative and performance-focused culture within the department.

6. Budgeting & Vendor Management

  • Plan, allocate, and monitor marketing budgets across all activities.
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and media partners.

7. Reporting & Analysis

  • Analyze marketing KPIs and prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing ROI and outreach effectiveness.
