15-20 years of experience in Project Marketing on EPC / LSTK basis and marketing of heavy
engineering and technological structural fabrication.
by presentable personality.
Candidates from medium sized EPC organisations, catering to Thermal Power Plant / Copper Smelter / Aluminium Smelter / Zinc Smelter / Glass Smelter / Cement / Process Chemical / Pulp & Paper / Integrated Steel Plant / Mini Blast Furnace / Sponge Iron / Material Handling System companies, will be preferred.
Hard core marketing skills involving prospect identification, enquiry review, competition
analysis; strategy building; costing, bid preparation, bid submission, techno commercial
discussion, price & terms negotiation, contract structuring & preparation.
Initially work on own, and gradually build a marketing team within the organisation as well as build / coordinate with liaison representatives and overseas business partners. Work closely with Project Director / Projects Manager within the organisation to deliver the package on time. Accountable for a business income of Rs: 500 Crore to 1000 Crore per annum.
Reporting to Group CEO.
Regular travel is required for 10 - 12 days a month.
