We are looking for a motivated and experienced QMS / EHS Consultant to support implementation, documentation, auditing, and continual improvement of management systems. The role involves working closely with clients across various sectors to ensure effective compliance with international standards.

• Implementation, documentation, and maintenance of:

ISO 9001 (Quality Management System)

ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System)

ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System) and other ISO Standards

• Conduct gap analysis, risk assessment, and process mapping
• Develop manuals, SOPs, policies, procedures, and records
• Support clients during internal audits, management reviews, and certification audits
• Provide training and awareness programs to client teams
• Ensure compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with certification bodies and external auditors
• Support continual improvement initiatives and corrective actions
• Travel to client locations as required (PAN India)
  

• Graduate / Post Graduate in Engineering, Science, Environmental, or related field
• Certification or formal training in ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 preferred
  

• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in QMS and/or EHS consulting
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and implementation methodologies
• Experience in documentation, auditing, and client coordination
• Good understanding of legal and statutory compliance (EHS-related)
• Strong communication, presentation, and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Willingness to travel
  

• Internal Auditor certification
• Experience with multiple industry sectors
• Knowledge of integrated management systems (IMS)
