Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Automation Testing Lead with 5 - 10 years of experience in test automation frameworks, scripting, and test case development. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Selenium, UiPath, TOSCA, etc along with proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript etc. A certification in automation testing is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Good Experience with SDLC and STLC (Software Testing life cycle) and Defect life cycle process.Good Experience in Agile Methodology under Scrum framework.Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using Selenium, UiPath, or other relevant tools.Write, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Python, Java, JavaScript, or other scripting languages.Implement BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) practices using tools like Cucumber etcDesign and develop automated test cases to ensure software functionality and quality.Integrate automation tests into CI/CD pipelines.Lead, Mentor and manage a team of automation testers and QA engineers.Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide technical guidance as needed.
Tools And Technology Management
- Evaluate, Select and Implement testing tools and framework suitable for the organization’s needs (e.g. Maven, TestNG, Selenium, Appium, Cypress etc.)

Qualifications And Skills
