About the Role

We’re looking for a QE Automation Lead who is passionate about building world-class test automation frameworks and leading high-performing QA teams. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on expertise in automation with leadership skills to define strategies, mentor engineers, and ensure seamless delivery of high-quality web, mobile, and API applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of QA automation and manual testers.
• Build, enhance, and maintain test automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, Appium, etc.).
• Define and implement test strategies, automation roadmaps, and CI/CD integration.
• Collaborate with product, development, and client stakeholders across the SDLC.
• Ensure quality standards across web, mobile, and API applications.
• Oversee defect tracking, test reporting, and client communication.

Required Skills & Experience

✅ Experience: 7–9 years in QA, with 4–5 years focused on automation.

✅ Automation Tools: Proficient with Playwright, Selenium, Appium.

✅ Programming: Strong skills in TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, or Python.

✅ API Testing & BDD: Experience with frameworks like Cucumber, SpecFlow, or similar.

✅ CI/CD: Hands-on with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.

✅ Leadership: Excellent communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred / Good to Have

Mobile automation experience (Appium, Detox).

Performance testing knowledge (JMeter, k6).

Experience with cloud testing platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).
