QC HEAD

Candidate must have worked 15+ years in the CRGO/ Lamination sheet Industry

Key Responsibilities:

Production Knowledge :

o    Oversee and ensure all production stages, from raw material procurement to final product inspection, meet quality standards for CRGO lamination.

Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) Process:

o   Focus on maintaining up-to-date QA and QC processes for CRGO lamination production.

o   Monitor and implement corrective actions for any deviations from standard operating procedures.

o   Ensure that all inspections are carried out correctly and in a timely manner across the production line.

Inspection and Audit Management:

o   Ensure successful execution of all internal and external audits and inspections.

o   Track and close Non-Conformance (NC) reports from inspections and audits, ensuring effective corrective actions are implemented.

o   Ensure regular updates of inspection and audit documentation, guaranteeing adherence to industry standards and client requirements.

Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ):

o   Accurately calculate and analyze the Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) for both internal rejections and customer rejections.

o   Identify areas for quality improvement and cost reduction, implementing appropriate corrective and preventive actions.

o   Work closely with production and engineering teams to minimize rejections and reduce COPQ over time.

CRGO Laboratory Documentation:

o   Prepare, maintain, and ensure compliance with CRGO lab documents according to NABL (National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories) standards.

o   Ensure that all laboratory tests, processes, and records are documented with full traceability and accuracy.

Kaizen Implementation for Continuous Improvement:

o   Lead Kaizen initiatives aimed at achieving zero defects, reducing production breakdowns, and minimizing in-process costs.

o   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement projects and ensure their successful completion.

o   Foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting Kaizen principles at all levels of the QC team.

CRFO Lamination Sample Testing and Compliance:

o   Ensure all CRFO lamination sample testing is done at each stage of the CRFO lamination process.

o   Verify that the CRFO process is in full compliance with the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) and Manufacturing Assurance Plan (MAP).

o   Review testing results and resolve any issues that arise during sample testing.

Team Leadership and Development:

o   Lead and mentor a team of QC engineers and technicians, fostering a high-performance work culture.

o   Conduct regular training and up skilling sessions to ensure the team is aligned with industry best practices and quality standards.
