QC HEAD

The Quality Control Head will responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality control, quality assurance (QA), and regulatory compliance within the agrochemical formulation facility. The role ensures that all raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products meet stringent internal, customer, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities-

• Testing and Analysis: Ensure timely and accurate chemical and physical analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using techniques like HPLC, GC, UV-Vis spectroscopy, and FTIR.
• Laboratory Management: Oversee the calibration, maintenance, and upkeep of all laboratory instruments and equipment, including managing AMC/CMC schedules. Ensure Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) are consistently followed.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and train QC staff and lab technicians, ensuring the team possesses the necessary skills and technical expertise.

Education:

Master's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Agriculture, or a related scientific field is required.

Experience: Typically 13-17years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance within the agrochemical formulation , with significant experience in a managerial role.

Technical Skills: Expertise in analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, etc.), method validation, and knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, GLP, GMP).

Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
