Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Quality Inspection & Testing Conduct in-process and final inspections of products as per quality standards and specifications. Perform tests on raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods to ensure compliance with defined parameters. Maintain and calibrate quality testing equipment and instruments. Identify defects and deviations, and ensure non-conforming materials are segregated and reported. 2. Documentation & Reporting Prepare inspection reports, quality test records, and maintain traceability documentation. Record and analyse quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Support preparation of quality-related documentation for audits. 3. Process Control & Improvement Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards. Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) activities. Recommend and assist in implementing process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce rejections. 4. Coordination & Communication Coordinate with production, maintenance, and R&D teams to resolve quality issues. Communicate quality deviations and improvement plans to concerned departments. Support customer complaints handling and product quality verification. 5. Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with company quality policies, standards, and safety regulations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment within the QC lab and inspection areas.
