Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced QC Engineer with 4–5 years of experience to oversee quality control on construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for conducting inspections, material testing, ensuring compliance with standards, and maintaining accurate documentation. This role ensures that construction work meets the highest safety, durability, and quality standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Site Inspections: Monitor materials, workmanship, and safety practices on-site.
• Testing & Documentation: Conduct material tests, maintain records, and prepare non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to resolve quality-related issues.
• Problem Solving: Identify defects or issues, implement corrective actions, and follow up to prevent recurrence.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed quality reports and documentation for management review.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 4–5 years of experience as a QC Engineer in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality standards.
• Proficient in conducting material testing and quality inspections.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team on-site.

Work Environment:

• Primarily on construction sites with occasional office work for reporting and documentation.
• Hands-on role requiring regular site visits and inspections.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
