Role Summary The Store Supervisor will be responsible for overall management of the store, including receiving, storing, issuing, and recording all materials and finished goods. In addition, the role includes handling local purchase of materials from the market to meet urgent requirements. Responsibilities: Manage overall store operations (inward, outward, stock records). Issue materials to production as per requirement. Maintain stock registers / ERP / Excel entries. Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accuracy. Handle local purchases from the market for urgent requirements. Negotiate with vendors and ensure timely supply. Supervise helpers/labor for loading, unloading, and arrangement. Requirements: Graduate / Diploma preferred. 1–5 years of experience in store or inventory management. Basic computer knowledge (Excel/ERP). Good communication & negotiation skills. Willingness for local travel for purchases. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹11,513.05 - ₹17,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Paid sick time Work Location: In person
