Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Process adherence: Implementing and maintaining quality control measures throughout the manufacturing process.
Compliance and documentation: Ensuring compliance with quality standards (e.g., ISO, IATF) and maintaining all quality-related records.
Team management: Supervising, mentoring, and developing a diverse team of employees, from foundry workers to engineers.
Strategic leadership: Aligning day-to-day operations with the company's long-term strategic vision.
Problem-solving: Identify quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Continuous improvement: Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
