Opening position: Production Supervisor Job Type: Full time, H R 96 00 166 56 3 Education Qualification: DME / DEEE / BE Experience: 1 Year to 5 Years of experience in reputed organisation Preferable: Foundry / Engineering Industry experience in reputed companies will be an advantage Age Limit: 21 Years to 30 Years Work Location: NGGO Colony, Thudiyalur, Coimbatore 641022. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily production activities to meet output goals. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment upkeep. Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed. Train and mentor production staff on best practices. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency. Skills and Requirements: Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficient in using production management software. Excellent problem-solving abilities under pressure. Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Life insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred) Overnight Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person
