Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily production activities to meet output goals. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment upkeep. Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed. Train and mentor production staff on best practices. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency. Skills and Requirements: Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficient in using production management software. Excellent problem-solving abilities under pressure. Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
