Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive growth and lead the sales function for our pouch packaging machine division. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in industrial B2B sales, preferably in the packaging machinery industry, and be passionate about exceeding targets, building strong client relationships, and closing high-value deals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth in India and international markets. Identify new business opportunities, key target customers, and industry segments. Build and manage a high-performing sales team. Lead client meetings, negotiations, and final closures of deals. Prepare sales forecasts, plans, and reports for management review. Coordinate closely with the technical, production, and service departments to deliver customer satisfaction. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). 8+ years of experience in B2B sales of industrial machinery (packaging industry preferred) Strong network in FMCG, food, pharma, or chemical sectors using pouch packaging. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel across regions for business development.
