Job Description

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business growth in both Indian and international markets.
Identify new business opportunities, key customers, and industry segments for pouch packaging machines.
Support the sales team in managing and growing client accounts.
Lead client meetings, product demonstrations, negotiations, and deal closures.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, plans, and regular reports for management.
Coordinate with technical, production, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and gather customer feedback to inform sales strategies.

Key Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum
1+ years
of experience in B2B sales of industrial machinery, with preference for packaging machinery exposure.
Strong network in FMCG, food, pharma, or chemical sectors that utilize pouch packaging solutions.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand technical machinery features and translate them into customer benefits.
Willingness to travel across regions for business development activities.
