QA/QC Manager

Job Title: QC/QA Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented QC/QA Executive to join our team at VR Health Science Pvt. Ltd., Kotdwar. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance within the cosmeceutical, pharmaceutical, or personal care industry, ensuring products meet the highest quality and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:Quality Control (QC):

• Conduct analysis and testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods.
• Ensure adherence to approved specifications, methods, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain laboratory instruments, calibration records, and test documentation.
• Prepare and review analytical reports and ensure timely completion of testing.
• Handle stability studies and maintain sample retention records.

Quality Assurance (QA):

• Review and approve batch manufacturing and packing records.
• Monitor and ensure GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) compliance on the shop floor.
• Participate in internal audits and support regulatory inspections.
• Handle deviations, change controls, CAPA, and product complaints.
• Prepare and update SOPs, validation documents, and training records.
• Coordinate with production, R&D, and regulatory teams to ensure consistent product quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in QC and QA in a pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or cosmeceutical company.
• Good knowledge of GMP, GLP, and documentation practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and documentation software.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet timelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
