Job Summary:
Responsible for end-to-end quality assurance of knit garments by ensuring compliance with buyer standards, minimizing defects, and driving continuous quality improvements throughout the production cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain QA systems, SOPs, and quality checkpoints across Cutting, Sewing, Finishing & Packing stages
Conduct inline inspections, pilot runs, pre-final and final audits as per AQL standards
Review fabrics, trims, PP samples & test reports; ensure approvals before bulk execution
Analyze defects, implement CAPA, monitor DHU and improve first-pass quality
Lead QA team – manpower planning, skill development, performance tracking & daily reporting
Coordinate with Production, Merchandising & Buyers for quality requirements and audit follow-ups
Monitor process quality to avoid rework, rejection, shipment delay & customer complaints
Drive process improvements using Lean, 5S and 7 QC tools across the factory

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of knit garment processes, workmanship standards and measurement rules
Expertise in AQL, defect classification, root cause analysis & quality reporting
Good leadership, communication, training & decision-making skills
Hands-on experience with export buyers preferred

Qualification & Experience:

Diploma / Graduate in Textile / Garment Technology
8–12 years in garment quality, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
Experience in handling export buyers preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
