This role requires a blend of analytical expertise, agile project management, and product research skills to support our product management team. Required Skills And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a QA Lead, Scrum Master, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Proven ability to gather and document requirements in a technical environment.
• Experience conducting market and user research.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Miro.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles.
