Responsibilities:

Lead QA strategy and execution for mobile apps (Android & iOS)
Implement and manage automation frameworks (Appium, Espresso, XCUITest)
Test blockchain features: wallets, transactions, Web3 SDKs, APIs
Collaborate with development, product, and compliance teams
Build and manage a small QA team

Required Skills:

8+ years of QA experience
Strong background in mobile testing and automation
Experience in blockchain/crypto domains
Exposure to regulated environments (fintech, banking)
Strong communication and leadership skills
