We're looking for a QA Engineer who is detail-driven, analytical, and passionate about delivering high-quality products, with strong expertise in Manual testing, API and Database Testing, Test Automation, Selenium, and Cross-Browser Testing to ensure the quality and performance of our web and mobile platforms. This is a high-ownership role where you will work closely with product, tech, and operations teams to build scalable and reliable products.Key Responsibilities
Design, document, and execute test cases, scenarios, and plans for web, mobile, and backend applicationsAutomate test scripts using Python and Selenium WebDriverPerform cross-browser and cross-platform testing to ensure product compatibilityPerform database testing by writing SQL queries to validate data integrity and consistency.Build, maintain, and enhance automation frameworks for functional, regression, and smoke testing.Integrate automated tests within CI/CD pipelines for faster and reliable deploymentsCollaborate with developers, product managers, and manual QA engineers to ensure clarity of requirements and test coverageIdentify, log, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and retestingMaintain detailed test documentation, including automation coverage reports and execution logsContinuously improve test automation processes and optimize script performanceProvide QA sign-offs during releases and deploymentsContribute to building scalable QA processes, documentation, and best practicesWhat We're Looking For
3–5 years of experience in Automation Testing with strong expertise in Java and SeleniumExperience testing web and mobile applicationsProficient with bug tracking/project management tools (Jira, Linear, or similar)Familiarity with API automation tools (RestAssured, Postman) is a plusStrong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologiesHands-on experience integrating automated tests in CI/CD environments (e.g. Github CI)Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for quality assuranceAbility to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.Why Join Zoca
