Responsibilities: Collaborate : Work closely with cross-functional teams (Architect, Development, Product Management, Operations, DevOps) to gain an in-depth understanding of requirements, architecture, designs (high and low level), and implementation. Collaborate with development teams during sprints to build test cases and automation ( functional UI and AP I) for developed features. Automation Development : Design, develop, and maintain automated tests and scripts for owned modules. Innovate to enhance, simplify, and streamline QA automation processes . Manual & Automated QA Testing : Perform hands-on functional, integration, regression, security, and performance testing and take full ownership of module-level test coverage. Bug Tracking : Identify, log, and track software defects while working closely with developers. Test Documentation : Write detailed, clear, and concise test cases and documentation of test results. Test Environment Management: Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot test environments, including databases and servers. Test Metrics and Reporting : Provide regular updates on test progress, coverage, and quality metrics to stakeholders. Requirements: 0.6 to 2 years of work experience in software quality assurance and strong understanding of functional test automation Hands-on automation test development experience with JavaScript Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes Experience with Cypress – must-have Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, BCA, or MCA Show more Show less
