Job Description We are looking for a meticulous and proactive QA Engineer to ensure the highest quality and reliability of the Sapience1 platform across all its components. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and automating test cases for our Member App, Partner App, Support Dashboard, Business Dashboard, and Hello Edison™ AI integrations. Your work will be critical in identifying defects early and ensuring a seamless, trustworthy user experience. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test strategies for all Sapience1 applications (mobile apps, web dashboards, backend APIs, AI integrations). Perform manual functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Collaborate with developers to identify, reproduce, and document bugs using Jira. Implement and maintain automated test scripts for various testing levels (UI, API, performance). Conduct API testing to ensure backend functionality and data integrity. Participate in security testing and performance testing to identify vulnerabilities and bottlenecks. Ensure cross-platform compatibility and responsiveness for mobile applications. Work closely with the ML Model Training team to validate AI model performance and output. Contribute to improving QA processes, tools, and methodologies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance for software products. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices. Experience with mobile application testing (iOS and Android). Experience with web application testing. Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI). Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Jest, Pytest). Knowledge of bug tracking systems (Jira preferred). Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Ability to work in an agile development environment. Compensation Competitive, based on experience. 8,00,000 - 10,00,000 PA
