Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer with experience in both manual and automation testing to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, with the ability to design and execute test cases to ensure high-quality software releases. Experience with AI-driven testing tools or frameworks is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Perform manual testing of web, mobile, or desktop applications to identify bugs and usability issues, leveraging AI-powered test optimization techniques where applicable.
• Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open-source and/or commercial tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, Cypress, etc.).
• Integrate AI-based testing solutions for enhanced test coverage, smarter defect detection, and automated test maintenance.
• Identify, record, document, and track bugs thoroughly.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and review meetings in Agile/Scrum environment.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality releases.
• Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved and before production releases, utilizing AI-assisted regression testing where applicable.
• Maintain and enhance the automation test framework.
• Report QA metrics and provide insights into quality status across projects, leveraging AI-driven analytics tools for predictive insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in software QA (manual and automation).
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
• Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools or frameworks (e.g., Testim, Mabl, Functionize, or similar).
• Proficiency in writing test cases, executing tests, and logging defects.
• Good knowledge of scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.).
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured is a plus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control systems (Git).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to leverage AI-based insights to improve testing efficiency.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
