Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced engineer in Quality Assurance (QA) to join our team. As a QA Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products or services. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining QA processes, conducting thorough testing, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our quality standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement and manage quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to QA processes and procedures.
- Plan and execute functional testing activities, including regression
- Conduct thorough validation of products or services to identify and address any defects or issues.
- Design comprehensive test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product features and functionalities.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution of identified defects.
- Provide insights and recommendations for enhancing product quality.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of testing activities, results, and issues.
- Generate reports on testing progress and outcomes.
- Collaborate with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss QA-related aspects.
- Ensure that QA processes align with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in QA practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2.5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on software or product testing.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience in creating and executing test cases for various types of testing.
- Familiarity with defective tracking systems and version control tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
