QA Engineer

We are seeking a QA Engineer with 5 - 8 years of experience to join our OBIR development team. You'll collaborate with a multi-cultural, highly motivated group of professionals. This role focuses on ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our applications through a combination of manual testing, test automation and performance validation.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for Web UI, Backend API.

• Collaborate with UI and backend engineers to validate functionality, performance, and scalability of applications.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks for regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Build performance testing suite to identify bottlenecks, latency issues, & throughput limitations.
• Write & maintain test scripts in languages like Python, for automation & performance validation.
• Ensure adherence to QA best practices, Conduct root cause analysis of defects, log issues, and track resolution in collaboration with developers.

What We Look For

• Bachelors in Engineering or MCA.
• 5 - 8 years of industry experience in QA with exposure to both manual and automation testing.
• Strong expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or similar).
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger).
• Hands-on experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Good understanding of scripting languages for automation and performance validation.

Technical Skills & Toolset

• Automation Tools: Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, or similar

• Performance Testing Tools: JMeter, LoadRunner.

• API Testing Tools: Postman, Swagger.

• Scripting Languages: Python, JavaScript.
