QA Engineer

In this role as a QA Engineer - Level 2 (QA-2) at TMRW, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of the products. You will collaborate with various teams to develop test strategies, execute test cases, and automate workflows to enhance efficiency. Your expertise in testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and debugging will be crucial in delivering a seamless user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web, mobile, and API testing. - Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage. - Identify, document, and track bugs, collaborating with developers to resolve issues. - Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing. - Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Continuously improve QA processes, methodologies, and tools. - Contribute to best practices in functional testing and automation. - Provide mentorship to junior QA engineers and promote knowledge sharing within the team. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of hands-on experience in software testing. - Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and best practices. - Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, PlayWright, Appium, etc. - Proficiency in API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar. - Experience with AI assisted automation is highly desirable. - Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter, Gatling, or similar is a plus. - Knowledge of Agile and Scrum development processes. - Strong analytical and debugging skills for effective problem-solving. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration.
