Job Description

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with expertise in document creation using Adobe InDesign to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and a passion for creating visually stunning and effective marketing collateral. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to produce high-quality marketing materials. Key Responsibilities: Document Design: Create and design visually appealing documents, including brochures, technical documents, presentations, and other marketing materials using Adobe InDesign. Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and messaging. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, communications, and other departments to understand project requirements and objectives. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for new designs and layouts. Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit documents for clarity, grammar, and visual appeal. Collaborate with content creators to ensure accuracy and consistency in all materials. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained. Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders throughout the design process. File Management: Organize and maintain design files, assets, and templates for easy access and future use. Prepare files for print production and digital distribution when necessary. Trend Awareness: Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices in document design and graphic design. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in design processes and outcomes. Qualifications: Bachelors degree or Diploma in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in document creation, particularly using Adobe InDesign. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles & Brand guidelines. Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Familiarity with print production processes and digital publishing is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience in creating interactive PDFs or digital publications using InDesign. Knowledge of additional design software (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma) is a plus. Understanding of marketing principles and branding strategies
