Roles & Responsibilities

JDWe are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Quality Assurance / Quality Control Analyst responsible for ensuring high-quality product delivery through precise manual testing, documentation, and process compliance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in test execution, defect reporting, quality control checks, and cross-functional collaboration to uphold product standards and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities

Perform manual and functional testing for web and mobile applications across multiple browsers and devices.
Design, review, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and ensure complete requirement coverage using RTM.
Identify, log, track, and verify defects using tools such as JIRA and Bugzilla.
Conduct regression, smoke, and UAT testing to validate application stability and user readiness.
Analyze requirements, clarify gaps, and ensure alignment with expected functionality and business needs.
Prepare high-quality documentation including test reports, defect summaries, and process compliance logs.
Perform quality control checks, including process validation, documentation accuracy, and data integrity verification.
Collaborate with development, product, and client teams to ensure timely issue resolution and smooth delivery cycles.
Support process audits and adhere to SDLC, STLC, and Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
Maintain 100% accuracy in reports and documentation, ensuring consistency and adherence to quality standards.
